Customer Feedback Shapes Web Filing The first phase of Web Filing is now available in myLTSA, with forms and functionality that continue to be enhanced through ongoing system releases. By introducing Web Filing gradually, the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) can minimize disruption to its customers’ business and improve collaboration on system design by incorporating customer feedback into its ongoing development efforts.
